Ref4 Braided Power Cables -- I first came upon MAZE AUDIO when looking for a manufacturer that offered custom service. I needed particularly long runs of speaker cables. I was so pleased with the result that I know have their speaker cables in all (3) of my systems. They deliver a clear signal with plenty of detail that leans warm in the presentation. No extreme upper register artifacts - just music.
As music lovers we are on a journey, always looking for the best components and music sources we can afford to enhance the listening experience, and affordability is a consideration with so many components. Having such a good experience with MAZE AUDIO speaker cables, I decided to upgrade my power cables as well. I had no reason to believe I was not getting what I wanted from the cables I had, but that never really matters in the decision-making process. On connecting the Ref4 Braided Power Cables to my main system (nine of them), I was taken aback, because there it was - an even wider, cleaner sound. I actually had to attenuate the bass and turn the volume down a couple of clicks.
The system where these cables are installed is: Rotel MICHI P5 Series 2 preamp, MICHI S5 Series 2 amp, Anthem STR amp, Klipsch CORNWALL speakers, Revel Performa F228BE speakers, Rega PLANAR 10 turntable with APHETA 3 cartridge & Rega AURA MC phono stage, Hegel VIKING CD player, Denon DCD a110 SACD player, with (3) Audioquest power conditioners, a NIAGARA 3000 for the mains, and 2x 1200s for sources. MAZE AUDIO gets 5/5 from me for their products and fantastic customer service. They consider themselves hobbyists, as I do, and that means they are passionate about what they do.

Ref4 Braided Speaker Cables -- I use MAZE AUDIO Ref4 Braided Power Cables, and Silver Litz Power Cables on my (three) systems, and have been very pleased with SQ, specifically with depth of field. I can only assume that is because distortion is at the bare minimum. How that happens with a power cable is beyond my level of expertise to explain. I decided to take the plunge and install Ref4 Braided Speaker Cables on the system I use the most, primarily for Jazz, Classical, and Prog Rock from time-to-time, theorizing that I would experience further SQ improvements, and am pleased to say my assumption was correct! It is a very good system, comprised of McIntosh amps, a MARANTZ SA-KI RUBY CD/SACD player as the only source, and FOCAL ARIA 926 & 936 speakers, with an ISOTEK Aquarius V5 Power Line Conditioner. I prefer warmth and clarity over excessive detail, and this system delivers that sound. I have had them installed for 60+ days and more now than ever I get that big grin that we all get when playing an album we have heard dozens of times and it sounds like we have never heard it before. To top it off, (I think) they are very handsome cables, very classy looking despite their bulk. MAZE AUDIO techs do a fantastic job ensuring all the braids are equally spaced and tight, and for a cable of this quality, the price just cannot be beat. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

This is just an amazing power cord. I wasn't sure that it would make that much of a difference, boy was I ever wrong! The music is just so much richer! I have standard tracks that I use when I do upgrades. It was as though I was listening to them for the first time! And on a lower power setting. 3 instead of 5 or 6 and it was plenty powerful! Thank you for making such a great power supply cord and all in the USA to boot!

I just plugged a Maze Audio Ref4 power cord into my Grant Fidelity P-307 tube phono pre and was so astounded by the improvement to the sound quality that I fired off an email to Rachel Grant of Grant Fidelity. The sound opened up significantly and became more dynamic and solid just from swapping in your power cord. The impact was greater than from upgrading all four tubes. Now that my main listening rig is close to set, I will start on the other rooms. I'm thinking I could use THREE MORE of your Maze Audio Reference4 Audiophile 4ft AC Power Cords for my living room rig.

I just got the Ref4 SE power cord hooked up to my DAC. It made a noticeable and significant improvement in sound quality - even over the initial improvement from the 1st Ref4 SE made when it was hooked up to my tube amp. Your power cords are fantastic! I’d like to order 3 more Ref4SEs to upgrade the other components in my home theater system.

Hello maze audio! I have spent a lot money throughout the years with cables and never have I been completely satisfied', always something missing or in the way of my music play back, until today when I hooked up your beautifully crafted cables !!! Everything just snapped into place. $25,000 worth of equipment now sounds like it should and then some !!

Just wanted to tell you how pleased I am with the Reference 4 cables. They are really nice.
Interesting thing happened. I have a Panamax M5500-EX power conditioner. It has a nice power cord that seems quite high in quality. However, when I turned it on some of the LED lights did not light up, including one that says the wiring is OK. When I replaced it with the MAZE cable, the lights work.
Thanks for providing an outstanding product at a very reasonable price. Don't hesitate to use this in your ads if you like.
